Connect your Office 365 Calendar

It only takes a couple of minutes to integrate your Office 365 Calendar, and your teams’ Office 365 Calendar(s) (if needed). Once the integration is complete, our system can start viewing upcoming appointments.

We’ve got templates preloaded for you, so you can get started with easy reminders right away. You can also make custom edits and include details that are relevant to your unique business.

Preset timing and sequences

You’ll want to organize how you send your text appointment reminders, voice messages, and email reminders. Set the timing and sequences you want, like an immediate text confirmation and a voice and email 24 hours prior.

Automatically send reminders

When you’ve taken a few minutes to set up your reminders, you can toggle the sending switch to “Sending On.” Now, all of your clients will receive professional, helpful reminders at the times you’ve chosen.

Manage replies and confirmations

Incoming replies to your emails will go straight to your inbox, but text replies will come to our SMS system. We’ll notify you via email of any text replies, confirmation, or cancellations. You can login and text back!

Our Office 365 integration goes two ways. That means that we pull information from Office 365, and Office 365 pulls information from us.

For example, if a client replies back to your text message, you’ll see this in the notes section of the Office 365 Calendar event. If someone cancels the appointment, you’ll see that in Office 365 Calendar too!

This means that once you set up Appointment Reminder, you don’t need to log back in regularly. You can check your Office 365 Calendar for all the updates, and we’ll send you email notifications with important updates as well.
